Cranston envisions retiring temporarily and spending time in a small French village. He wants to immerse himself in the local culture, learn the language, and indulge in a peaceful lifestyle. He plans to enjoy day trips, cozy fireside moments, and wine-filled gatherings with new friends. During this period, he has no intentions of working or reading scripts. He emphasizes that he won’t be taking any phone calls and aims to fully disconnect.

As part of this transition, Cranston will close down his production company, Moonshot Entertainment, and sell half of his Dos Hombres tequila brand, co-owned with his “Breaking Bad” co-star Aaron Paul. However, fans need not worry, as Cranston has already lined up projects for the next three years. He will star in Wes Anderson’s film “Asteroid City,” set to premiere soon, and will also appear in the upcoming spy thriller “Argylle,” directed by Matthew Vaughn.
