However, Justin was released later in the day, around 12:30 p.m. PDT, on his own recognizance. This means that he didn’t have to pay the $5,000 bond that had been set, but he is required to appear in court when summoned.

The arrest took place during a routine traffic stop in Beverly Hills. The LAPD officers who conducted the stop noticed signs that Justin might be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Subsequent investigation confirmed that he was indeed driving while intoxicated.

In an interview with Fox News, an LAPD officer stated that Justin was observed running a red light, which prompted the traffic stop. He was then subjected to a sobriety test, which he failed, leading to his arrest.

He is the executive producer of “The Crew League,” a televised celebrity basketball tournament, as well as “Respectfully Justin,” a limited reality series in collaboration with Justin Laboy.
