Gal Gadot, known for her portrayal of Wonder Woman, has hinted that she may not be done playing the iconic superhero just yet.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Israeli actress was asked about the possibility of reprising her role as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman following the cancellation of the character’s third standalone movie. Gadot dropped a tantalizing hint, suggesting that there are ongoing discussions and plans in the works for her return as the beloved superhero.
“Things are being worked behind the scenes and once the right moment arrives, you’ll know about it,” Gadot teased, leaving fans excited and curious about what the future holds for Wonder Woman.

Gadot first donned the Amazonian warrior’s armor in 2016’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” captivating audiences with her portrayal of the strong and compassionate superhero. She then went on to star in her own standalone films, “Wonder Woman” in 2017 and “Wonder Woman 1984” in 2020, both of which were well-received by fans and critics alike.
The actress was set to reprise her role as Wonder Woman in the highly anticipated “Wonder Woman 3.” However, following a leadership change at DC Studios in late 2022, the project was unfortunately canceled, leaving many Wonder Woman fans disappointed.

While the details of Gadot’s future involvement in the Wonder Woman franchise remain uncertain, she has made cameo appearances as the superhero in other DC Extended Universe films. She appeared in “Shazam! Fury of the Gods” and is set to have a cameo in the upcoming film “The Flash,” ensuring that the spirit of Wonder Woman continues to thrive within the larger superhero universe.
