The talented actress recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and used the opportunity to address the rumors surrounding her alleged fling with Liam Hemsworth at the time, Liam Hemsworth was still romantically involved with Miley Cyrus.
During the show, Lawrence engaged in various discussions with Cohen, ranging from her fashion choices on the red carpet to the drama on Vanderpump Rules. However, when the game “Plead the Fifth” came up, Cohen seized the chance to ask Lawrence about the speculation surrounding Cyrus’ music video for “Flowers,” which some interpreted as a subtle jab at Lawrence due to a rumored relationship with Hemsworth.

Before Cohen could even finish his question, Lawrence promptly denied the rumors, stating, “Not true. I would love to [respond], it’s not true. She emphatically dismissed the rumors and put an end to any further discussion, stating that it was a complete falsehood.
The rumors gained traction after fans noticed that Cyrus wore a gold dress in her music video, which bore a resemblance to a dress Lawrence wore during a Hunger Games premiere where she was accompanied by Hemsworth. Additionally, during a previous appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Lawrence had admitted to sharing a kiss with Hemsworth during filming. However, Lawrence clarified that the kiss occurred years after Hemsworth and Cyrus had already broken up, making any connection between her and the music video purely coincidental.

Lawrence humorously replied, “I’m going to be honest.I had a close relationship with the director, so I had a deeper understanding of the film. So, five? Or four.” She was referring to her previous relationship with director Darren Aronofsky, which began during the filming of their movie. However, Lawrence and Aronofsky ended their relationship in November 2017.
