Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have denied rumors of divorce following a challenging year in their marriage.

Reports emerged on Monday claiming that the couple, known for their appearances on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” had separated after 27 years of marriage.

In response, Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, took to Instagram on Tuesday to issue a joint statement, clarifying that the claims of their divorce were untrue.

Acknowledging that they have faced difficulties in their marriage, they described the past year as the most challenging one yet. However, they expressed their love and deep respect for each other, emphasizing that no wrongdoing had occurred on either side.

The reality TV stars also appealed for privacy to work through their issues, urging people not to create false stories for the sake of sensationalism.

Richards and Umansky share a strong bond, having met in 1994 and tying the knot two years later. They have three daughters together: Alexia Simone, 27; Sophia Kylie, 23; and Portia, 15. Richards also has an older daughter, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, 34, from her previous marriage.

People close to the couple revealed that Richards and Umansky have been separated for some time but continue to live under the same roof. Despite the separation, they maintain an amicable relationship as they navigate their future and focus on their family.

This is not the first time the couple has addressed rumors about their marriage. Umansky previously dismissed claims of divorce when Richards was photographed without her wedding ring. He referred to the rumors as baseless and attributed them to being part of a storyline on the reality show.

Similarly, Richards had also responded to speculation during a public event. She expressed her exhaustion with the constant scrutiny, highlighting how it had affected her mental well-being. Richards emphasized that she no longer felt the need to stress about the rumors and was focused on her improved anxiety levels.
