Phoebe Waller-Bridge Joins ‘Indiana Jones’ and Talks About Upcoming ‘Tomb Raider’ Project

So, what’s next for Waller-Bridge at Amazon? When asked about her future projects, she revealed, “It’s all very much on hold at the moment due to the Writers Strike, so we’re all taking a break. But if the strike gets sorted out, I’ll be working on Tomb Raider.”
In January, Amazon Studios announced that Waller-Bridge would be writing a TV series as part of a potential Tomb Raider universe, which would span across television, film, and games. She would not only be involved in the TV series but also in the potential movie adaptation.
During the premiere of “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” Waller-Bridge described it as a “beautiful closing chapter” for the franchise. Joining the Indiana Jones series was an unexpected opportunity for her, and she shared, “It’s not something I ever imagined I’d be a part of, so every single day felt like a dream.”
