Netflix has officially announced that the popular series, Sex Education, will conclude after its fourth season. The announcement was accompanied by a first-look trailer for the upcoming season.
Laurie Nunn, the creator of the show, also shared a message regarding the final season. She expressed her pride in the series and expressed gratitude towards the talented writers, cast, and crew who put their hearts into creating each episode. Nunn mentioned that they have worked tirelessly to bring the audience the final season and are excited to share it.

Emma Mackey, who plays the character Maeve Wiley in Sex Education, took to Instagram to inform her fans about the news. She posted a photo of her character and mentioned that Maeve will be returning for the final season of the show.

Season four will see the return of familiar characters such as Otis Milburn (played by Asa Butterfield), Jean Milburn (Gillian Anderson), and Eric Effiong (Ncuti Gatwa). Additionally, the upcoming season will introduce new faces, including Jodie Turner-Smith, Dan Levy, Thaddea Graham, Lisa McGrillis, Marie Reuther, and Eshaan Akbar.
